Parts/Service Specials 

All parts must be paid for in full prior to ordering.  Returns are accepted on 'in stock" parts and accessories only,  if returned within 10 days of your receipt date, in an un-opened, un-used condition.   Please note, a 20% restocking fee will apply on all in-stock returns.  Due to the nature of electrical parts, there is no return whatsoever on any electrical part or accessory.

Please note: on "Special Order" items, meaning those that were not in stock when you placed your order, and the dealership had to place a special order for you, all special order clothing, accessories, and any other parts are not returnable or refundable.  There is no exception to this store policy as the dealership places your special order, and pays for your special order the day we place your order.   Additionally, we will attempt to notify you to pick up you're parts that arrive for you via the phone number you gave us. 

Parts not picked up will be held for 25 days and may be returned to the vendor. You may be responsible for these return shipping charges as we do have to pay to ship and restocking to return items. Please retrieve your parts in a timely manner, or request that we ship them to you at your cost.

Special order and electrical parts policy

The order is placed the day you request the order to get our customer the part as soon as possible, therefore, it cannot be canceled after it's been placed.  All electrical parts of any nature are not returnable, special order, or over the counter as our manufacturers do not allow the return of any electrical part for any reason. 

When placing an over-the-counter order that is a regularly stocked item, returns are allowed with return on your credit card or via check with a receipt and must be within 10 days. Repeat 10 days.  All authorized returns must be unopened packaging and any returned item is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
