"Once again, I was treated with respect and prompt service at LEDGEWOOD POWERSPORTS. I drove from Annapolis Maryland to have the first service done by the crew at LEDGEWOOD. Actually, I was visiting my sister Sharron and her family down Chester way, training her two boys, Jim & Dan on the Polaris 90 Sportsman they found under the tree this year from where else, LEDGEWOOD POWERSPORTS. Bob THE BUILDER, worked my Outlander Max XT over, changing diff & gear case oils. I change the motor oil the week before, been running the dog piss out of the 800 wanting to stay on the safe side. Bob added A-arm guards, skid plates, ordered Renegade foot pegs, and rear shocks for the front, Gary can explain the shock thing. Bob also checked the valves, new plugs keeping the old for a backup. Also had an extra key programmed adding my name across the banner when I power up. Bob also took the time to show me, explaining his moves. Joe Young, the service manager, performed like a screaming Rotax having everything spelled out for me before going forward, sign of a man who knows the game plan. When it came time for the tab, Joe was right on the money as he indicated, thanks Joe! And Gary Salanro, now here is a real piece of work and defiantly a Type-A personality. This ole boy knows things the books don’t even know man. Gary not only answered my questions with options for me to choose from, but also backed everything up making sense to the end user, me! Gary is a dirt rider with years of experience under his belt pointing his customers in a direction a person could only wish for when dealing with a bike shop, no hype, no bull, just the raw truth people! In the end, I received more than I bargained for when dealing with Gary. Hey Gary, is Blackwater still on? Then we have Mr. Smiles who started everything back around Thanksgiving, Adam Carman! He smiled more than I did when I bought the 800 Max XT. I guess you could say he loves his job. So much so, he sold my Brother in Law, Jim-O, a Polaris 90 Sportsman for Santa to deliver under the tree. Adam cut a deal right at closing time and stayed the extra time to see him out the door so the boys could see what Santa brought. Its not just a numbers game with LEDGEWOOD, and I’ll tell ya why. I priced the same 800 Max XT at another shop, and found LEDGEWOOD to be $1443.90, to the penny less expensive! And this included the additional two oil changes and filters, and ramps I purchased along with my 800 Max XT. You do the math people, have you now figured why I drove from Maryland all of 234 miles! I keep $1443.90 in my pocket, and see my family at the same time teaching my nephews the ropes of 4 wheeling! After just 3 days with Uncle Tommy teaching safety procedure, weight distribution, knowing how to read the road, and overall body language, Jim & Dan grabbed some little-big air with the Polaris 90 Sportsman. I will send some pix of the boys you will find on LEDGEWOOD POWERSPORTS. One last thing, we had a small issue with the safety switch on the 90 Sportsman, its mechanical, things like do happen. One call to LEDGEWOOD, no questions asked, just bring it up they said. They had it tore apart, fixed and back together in 11 (eleven) minutes. How’s that for service, huh? Who’s your Daddy now? Again, I want to thank the ENTIRE staff at LEDGEWOOD POWERSPORTS dedication for the rider and consumer. Be well all, later. Tommy Solomon www.TommySolomon.com"
