Returns and Exchanges- PARTS POLICY  ***Please read this policy entirely**

ALL PARTS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL PRIOR TO ORDERING.  RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED ON 'IN STOCK" PARTS AND ACCESSORIES ONLY,  IF RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT DATE, IN AN UN-OPENED, UN-USED CONDITION.   PLEASE NOTE, A 20% RESTOCKING FEE WILL APPLY ON ALL IN STOCK RETURNS.  DUE TO THE NATURE OF ELECTRICAL PARTS, THERE IS NO RETURN WHAT SO EVER ON ANY ELECTRICAL PART OR ACCESSORY.

PLEASE NOTE: ON "SPECIAL ORDER" ITEMS, MEANING THOSE THAT WERE NOT IN STOCK WHEN YOU PLACED YOUR ORDER, AND THE DEALERSHIP HAD TO PLACE A SPECIAL ORDER FOR YOU, ALL SPECIAL ORDER CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES, AND ANY OTHER PARTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE  OR REFUNDABLE.  THERE IS NO EXCEPTION TO THIS STORE POLICY AS THE DEALERSHIP PLACES YOUR SPECIAL ORDER, AND PAYS FOR YOUR SPECIAL ORDER THE DAY WE PLACE YOUR ORDER.   Additionally, we will attempt to notify you to pick up your parts that arrive for you via the phone number you gave us. 

Parts not picked up will be held for 25 days and may be returned to the vendor. You may be responsible for these return shipping charges as we do have to pay shipping and restocking to return items.   Please retrive your parts in a timely manner, or request that we ship to them to you at your cost. 

General: All returns must be postmarked no later than 5 days from the original customer shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material and all hardware that came with the item. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Please include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Returns must be pre-authorized by us and are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item: If you received an incorrect item, no extra charges will be incurred. We will replace incorrect items and pay the additional shipping charge at our expense. An INCORRECT item is an item that you received where the part number or model # is a DIFFERENT part number than your sales receipt.  If a part number has been superseded by a manufacturer, and the superseded part number goes to the part number on your receipt, that is the correct part number and we will be happy to show you that.  An Incorrect item is NOT an item that MATCHES THE PART YOU REQUESTED WE ORDER ON YOUR SALES RECEIPT . PLEASE HAVE YOUR VEHICLE VIN # WHEN ORDERING PARTS AND BE SURE YOUR RECIEPT MATCHES EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT.  As our manufacturers rarely allow returns, please be sure that what you order matches what your recipot says and that you have provided a corect vehcile identification number upon ordering.  many times customers :guess: at a year , model and we place the order based on what you tell us. ******WE CAN NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PARTS NOT FITTING, WHEN NO VEHICLE ID WAS GIVEN OR IT WAS A "GUESS".  WE WANT YOU TO HAVE THE CORRECT PARTS, SO WE NEED YOU TO PROVIDE US THE CORRECT VEHICLE INFORMATION SO WE CAN ASSURE THE PARTS FIT THE FIRST TIME*********** 

Incorrect Size: We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or E-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership. MUST BE IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING.

Sales Tax

State Sales tax is charged on instate orders and on any other order as required by law.

Payment Methods

Approved Personal check, Cash, Debit Card and Mastercard and Visa only.  Credit card purchases verified for your protection.

 

 

Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. Shipments scheduled more than 30 days after the order date: We will notify you via email and give you a cancellation option. Filling backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when the backordered items become available.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping and Handling Charges: Shipping and handling charges are based on total price of your order. Oversized or heavy items may have an additional shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order is being prepared.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge or your order prior to billing and shipping.

Shipment By UPS: We ship via UPS Ground or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska & Hawaii and International orders will have an additional shipping cost applied.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped together if possible.
